It's A Deload Kinda Week!

The amount of improvements we saw during this past cycle’s strength cycle was impressive! Especially the split jerk, which is not an easy movement, but one that everyone was game to give a shot!

Items for the week…

  1. This is a deload week, so no strength work.
  2. We will be picking up our strength work next week with a new cycle.
  3. The 8-week strength cycle will be the back squat, front squat, and bench press.
  4. Our FIT360 classes will be the same as our CrossFit classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm this week.

NOTE: when available, we are going to be linking the movements in our weekly workouts to a Youtube video as a refresher of the exercise.
