Week of March 10th

WE’RE IN THE HOME STRETCH! The last week of the Paleo Challenge is upon us … with a prize of a St. Patty’s fiesta waiting for us at the end of the tunnel! Only six (6) more days. Stay focused.

A few things of note this week…

  • We are going to be pushing the CrossFit Open 14.3 WOD back to Monday the 17th for two reasons … a) because we’re doing the Angie again this week, and I’d like to give everyone plenty of time to recover and b) to harness that luck of the Irish. Mostly for the 2nd reason.
  • Wednesday is going to be the Angie re-test for the Paleo Challenge. Come one, come all!

Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
