As the post says, “Having a body that functions well inside and out will go a very long way to affecting your disposition positively. It’s easy to be “on” all the time when your physical fitness is helping keep you calm, confident and full of energy/willpower” and I think it rings true. If you feel good inside and outside that helps you have a healthier, happier and more productive day. So throw out the mindset of what was once the “perfect body” because as the picture in the middle of the post shows, what men and women were aspiring to look like at what point (and I’m sure some still are) now looks pretty ridiculous.
