According to this article from Breaking Muscle, doesn’t sound like many gyms allow their members time to work on skills … so I guess we’re ahead of the game there! That being said, the folks who are able to really master skills they have been working on for awhile are the ones who are interested in putting in that extra 5 or 10 minutes before or after class. You will be surprised how fast you are able to get those elusive double unders if you put in just a few minutes a day.
