Week of December 29th

We hope everyone had a great holiday weekend with their friends and families … and got all the new workout gear they wanted/needed! Thank you to everyone for working with our adjusted schedule this week, as we saw a great turnout for our classes. We have a few more for this week…

New Year’s Eve we have a 5:15am, 6:15am, 8:00am, 9:00am and a 12 noon class. New Year’s Day we will have an 8:00am and a 9:00am class only. January 2nd we will be back to a regular schedule of classes.

Our population is growing, folks … so we need everyone to be more diligent about signing up to ensure that we have an idea of who is coming. It is helpful for the coaches to know how to layout the class, especially when things like rowers are involved. And on the flip-side, please make sure that if you are reserving a spot in class that you come or un-reserve your spot in class with enough heads up so that you are not taking a spot that someone else could use.

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (clean) + short metcon
Friday – strength (deadlift + power snatch)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
