Wednesday – short strength (split jerk 5RM) + long metcon
Thursday – benchmark (fran)
Friday – strength (deadlift + back squat 1RM test)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
