Monday – short strength (power cleans) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (cardio test) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Thursday – skill (jumping all the rope) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (bench press) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
