UPDATE: The Governor just declared a state-of-emergency, so to be safe we are going to cancel the 5:15am and 6:15am classes for Thursday morning. We are still having our night classes and Open Gym, so please join us for the 5:30pm or 6:30pm classes!
CrossFit Open:
The next CrossFit Open WOD, 15.2, will be announced on Thursday night. Just like last week Friday night’s 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes and Saturday at 10:00am will be designated for The Open workouts. If you are signed up for The Open, please come in during that time and get judged. These WODs will not count against your weekly classes, if you are on a limited package, so if you would also like to come in and give the workout a shot, even if you’re not signed up officially, come on down!
