6-Week Challenge
Our 6-Week Challenge is beginning this week, so if you see some new faces while you are coming and going, or during the 7:30pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday, please introduce yourself. During the 6-Week Challenge we are going to be having our strength day and short strength days exclusively on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Holiday Week Schedule
We are going to have a regular class schedule on Wednesday, closed on Thursday, and then 7am, 8am and 9am classes on Friday!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (bench press) + long metcon (the annual ‘movement you’re thankful for’)
Thursday – thanksgiving (no classes)
Friday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
