Time flies when you’re in the strength cycle. Believe it or not, we’ve got another 1RM test week to tackle here! We will be re-testing our 1RM press, push press, and overhead squat this week. Keep those test numbers handy! Let’s see how much we have improved in the last 7 weeks!
