  1. We’re going to be re-testing our 1RMs this week … back squats (Monday), split jerks (Wednesday), and front squats (Friday).
  2. We will also be re-testing our endurance test on Thursday!
  3. Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
