WOD – 04/10/17

1 mile run (test)

The last time we ran the mile was at the beginning of fall … 09/14/16 to be exact. And before that was 08/15/16. So dig up those times, folks! We will be re-testing in a month.

15min AMRAP
5 overhead squats (50% of 1RM)
10 burpees over bar
15 T2B
