Push Jerk: 5×5 @ 70% of 1RM
Clean: 3RM

This is a fantastic lift, but in particular take a look at between 1:16 and 1:20 and see how he jumps the bar off of his collar bone with his strong drive from the bottom. He doesn’t push it off, he jumps it off. Big difference:
