Friday Night Lights

Items for the week…

  1. We are entering week 3 of our strength cycle, and will be using a % of last week’s 5RM numbers for the back squat, front squat, and split jerk this week.
  2. COMPETITIVE ATHLETES: put Friday, November 19 on your calendar for a Friday Night Lights hosted by Shawn.
  3. There are almost no squats in our metcons this week. You’re welcome.

NOTE: when available, we are going to be linking the movements in our weekly workouts to a Youtube video as a refresher of the exercise.
