Happy Thanksgiving! π¦ π₯§ π π π½
Thank you to everyone who donated to our food drive leading up to Thanksgiving! It was inspiring to see how many in at 13 Stars who were interested in seeing local families in our surrounding community feel like they had the resources to provide for their families during this time.
We were able to donate…
- over 70 boxes of cereal to the MEF (Morris Educational Foundation) to assist students in need in the district
- 4 large shipping boxes of pasta and pasta sauce to the Interfaith Food Pantry serving local families in need
- 3 large shipping boxes of rice and beans to Nourish NJ who assists in making meals to families and older individuals in the community who need assistance.
Items for the week…
- We are in week 5 of our new strength cycle and will be testing our 3RM/6RM hang power snatch/snatch (Monday), and 3RM/8RM thruster (Wednesday).
- We will be re-testing our 1000m row on Tuesday!
- We are closed on Thursday (Thanksgiving) and (Black) Friday, and opening back up on Saturday morning!
- Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday night, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
