As a new benefit to our members we have teamed up with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield to offer you a new way to save a few bucks each month. We sent out an e-mail this week regarding our partnership and details about the HorizonbFit program. If you did not get it, it is an insurance reimbursement program that you can use (if you have Horizon insurance) to receive $20 back each month for attending a certain number of classes. Easy as that. Right now not all Horizon members are part of the program, but we are told they are going to be adding more over time.

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (pull-ups) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (deadlifts) + short metcon
Friday – strength (clean and back squat)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
