Monday – strength (hang power cleans + 5RM press)
Tuesday – skill (push-ups) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (deadlift 5RM) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (snatch complex) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push press 5RM) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
