Next Saturday, July 25th is our next Yoga with Jessie @ 10am immediately after the 9am class. Mark those calendars, and click here to sign-up ahead of time in Zen! Cash will also be accepted at the door … $10 for members and $15 for non-members. We will not have yoga mats in the gym, so if you have one please bring it!

Monday – skill work (double unders) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (back squat) + short metcon / teen fitness
Wednesday – skill work (summer goals) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (overhead complex) + short metcon / teen fitness
Friday – strength (hang clean + split jerk)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
