As the coach says in this video, everyone can spin a rope fast and jump high enough to get the rope two times under our feet … it’s about the coordination. So things to keep in mind if you’re still working on stringing your double unders together: keep your feet underneath your hips at ALL times, keep your hands nice and low by your hips, jump higher than a single and if you’ve got all that put together … try and find a nice comfortable pace for yourself instead of jumping all around like you’ve got hot coals in your shoes. The more comfy you are, the less energy you are exerting.
