Week of March 4th

What a great day for our community yesterday! We had first time and veteran competitors, friends who have moved away, coaches getting in the mix, and parents and spouses cheering on … all of which led to a successful day for our community to raise funds for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who made yesterday a success! We couldn’t have done it without you!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (pull-up accessory work – week 6 of 8) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + back squat)
Thursday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Friday – skill (squat accessory work – week 6 of 8) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
