6 wall balls (20/14)
6 mb clean to wall ball (20/14)

1 minute rest

Every 90 seconds for 3 rounds…
6 burpees
6 box jumps
6 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

1 minute rest

Every 90 seconds for 3 rounds…
6 kb push presses (35/26)
6 kb front squats (35/26)
6 kb thrusters (35/26)

Your goal is to complete all 18 reps in each 90 second round. If you feel that will be too challenging, think about either dropping the reps down to 4 or 5 per movement or modifying the version of each movement so that you are able to complete the 18 reps in the round.
