Strength:
Deadlift: 3×1 @ 85% of 1RM
then
Back Squat: 1RM (re-test)

We have come to the final week of another 7-week strength cycle. We have seen improvement for a great number of you in your lifts, and we look forward to seeing some PRs on the back squat, front squat and split jerk this week! Post those #s proudly when they happen!
