WOD – 07/25/16

summer goals

25 1-arm kb lunges (53/35)
20 Russian twists (20/14)
15 kb push presses (53/35)
10 strict pull-ups
5 burpees

The kb is not overhead during the lunges, can be held in a front rack position, or sitting on a shoulder. Can rotate which hand is holding, but the goal is to work on balance, so avoid holding the kb with 2 hands when possible
