Monday – skill (summer goals) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (deadlift + back squat 1RM re-test)
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (double/triple unders) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
