Juggernaut Strength is a website that focuses a lot on powerlifting (press, bench press, deadlift, back squat) but from time to time posts about CrossFit, mainly because they travel around and do seminars that a lot of CrossFitters attend. They posted an article called “5 Movement Mobility Tips For CrossFitters” and it talks about a number of different areas of the ol’ bod that folks normally have trouble with (ie. shoulders, ankles, lower back) and shows you not only what the issue probably is, but also some corrective work to help.
