Skill:
5×3 double-dip back squats

For the double-dip back squats, squat to full depth, rise halfway up and then back to squat depth before standing tall. Choose a light weight, the goal is consistency with form and comfort in the bottom of the squat.

WOD:
100 back squats (95/65)
5 burpee penalty every time you rack the weight
