Front Squat: 5×3 @ 90% of 3RM

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 pull-ups
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 burpees
farmer’s carry (53/35; down and back) after reach round (ie. a round is 10 pull-ups and 10 burpees, then 9 and 9 and so on)
