leg complex tabata
1 minute rest
kettlebell complex tabata

20 sec on, 10 sec off x8 for each tabata.

The leg complex is a jumping lunge on each side and a jumping squat.

The kettlebell complex is double Russian swing to a kb squat with the kb on the shoulders.

Take a look at this recipe for Healthy Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats! I hesitate to call these “healthy” as the name suggests, but they are certainly healthier than the Rice Krispie recipe found on the box! They are also vegan and gluten-free.
