Monday – skill (turkish get-ups) / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – skill (row conditioning) / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (barbell complex) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – skill (weighted push-ups) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
