Week of June 8th

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the day on Sunday! It was an incredible turnout, we didn’t make any of you workout, there was plenty of food and drink, and it was great to chat with folks we don’t normally get a chance to see during the work week. Looking forward to round 2! And a special thanks to Allison for taking the reigns on this one. It was much appreciated!

YOGA
We have had a few questions about the yoga class at CF13S on Saturday, June 20th. It will be at 10am immediately after the 9am class and will be $10 for members and $15 for non-members. We have already setup the class in Zen Planner. If you’re planning on coming please RSVP sooner than later so we know who’s coming, and so you don’t get locked out, as we’re only accepting the first 30 people to sign-up (members or non-members). If you have a friend or family member who is interested in trying CrossFit make it a double-header with the 9am intro WOD and 10am yoga class!

TEEN FITNESS
We have announced our 10-week teen fitness program starting in June as well. If you have interested teenagers, and have any questions, let us know. More info can be found here, and there are discounts available for teenagers of current members!

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (back squat) + short metcon
Thursday – strength (bench press + deadlift)
Friday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
