PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND II
If we are going four (4) full weeks then October 19th will be the official end to the challenge. But I will let the PaleoBoss make that call. How is everyone doing? From folks that I have talked to who are giving this challenge a solid effort a lot of positive changes are being made. That is great to hear. Keep it up! One more week!

Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push press)
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – open gym
Friday – strength (bench press + push jerk)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
