PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND 3
IT HAS BEGUN! … click here to see my channeling my inner Mortal Kombat while typing this. Everyone who has expressed interest in participating has been contacted via e-mail with some info and a link to your personal Google Doc to keep track of your daily stats. If you are still interested, and haven’t contacted me yet … let me know, and I will put one together for you. If everyone pays up, then we’re looking at $280 for 1st place, and $140 for 2nd place! Get healthy, lean out, win bucks … not a bad gig.

THE CROSSFIT OPEN
Congratulations to everyone who completed The CrossFit Open! We saw a lot of great efforts this year, a few PRs and a lot of improvement in movement. Look forward to seeing what the next 365 days brings us before 16.1!

NO IDEA SPORTS
No Idea Saturday Softball has 4 team spots left! Register at noideasports.com if you are interested!

OPEN GYM
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – 1 mile run (Paleo Challenge benchmark) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work + long metcon
Friday – strength (snatch + power clean)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
