An issue that a lot of people deal with when transitioning to the Paleo Diet, or a clean eating program similar to it … is the desire to replace everything they were eating with a cleaner version of what they were eating, and this article “Paleo Mistakes” touches on that a few times. If you are looking for a clean version of Ring Dings … you’re most likely not going to find one that is going to satisfy you in the same way. The idea behind a clean diet is to re-train your body to want food items that are going to provide you with energy and allow you to re-build muscles you have beat down during your workouts. A lot of the things we crave are not beneficial to our body, hence there is not going to be a clean equivalent. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of treats you can make for yourself, but be aware that the sensation may be different.
