Had a great group for both our Friday and Saturday 15.2 WOD as well as Saturdays classes! Great to see old vets, faces we haven’t seen in awhile, newer members and brand new faces all mixing it up!
THE CROSSFIT OPEN
The next CrossFit Open WOD, 15.3, will be announced on Thursday night. Just like last week Friday night’s 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes and Saturday at 10:00am will be designated for The Open workouts. If you are signed up for The Open, please come in during that time and get judged. These WODs will not count against your weekly classes, if you are on a limited package, so if you would also like to come in and give the workout a shot, even if you’re not signed up officially, come on down!
The keeper of the goals board has also announced that parade day in Morristown (March 14th) will be the official switchover to Spring Goals! On Wednesday of this week we will have time to work on our goals, so come on in and keep pushing forward toward whatever you have your mind set on!
We have collected the majority of the funds for the incoming t-shirts, tanks and hoodies … but please remember that it’s first-come-first-serve, so in order to make sure your stuff is waiting for you, please bring your dinero to class ASAP.
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
