Memorial Day Murph:
Thank you to everyone who came in to take on Murph today! This is our annual challenge to celebrate an American hero and to remind ourselves of all that our military men and women have given for the freedoms we enjoy!

Monday – benchmark (murph)
Tuesday – short strength (thruster 1RM re-test) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM re-test)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
