WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (tempo front squats) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (thruster) + long metcon
Wednesday – skill (1RM box jump) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
