Monday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (press + deadlift)
Wednesday – skill (snatch-grip press) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Friday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
