WOD:
12min EMOM
2 clean & jerks (50% of your 1RM)
max effort double unders in remaining time

Hopefully everyone has a winter goal by this point, but if you don’t think for a few moments before you come in what you would like to achieve this season. Could be a gymnastic move (pull-up, double under, handstand push-up) or maybe you’d like to hit a certain weight on a movement we have been doing. Completely up to you.

Recipes
The Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Potatoes (deliciously shown above) from PaleOMG look more like a dessert than a side, but what the hell do I know! I do know that throwing in some pecans would probably not be the worst idea you’ve ever had. Make sure to read about her positive experience at a competition from the weekend she posted!
