Monday – skill (tempo front squats) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Thursday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – strength (overhead squat + snatch) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
