Project Next posted a quick breakdown about how to get stronger, and it involves eating a lot more and gaining weight. For those who still feel that what the scale says matters … this may be the time to start moving past that. It’s impossible to make significant gains in strength if you’re always worrying about what the scale says. So, eat more, lift more and weigh yourself less. Remember … it’s about how you’re feeling, what progress you’re making and even what you’re looking like. If you’re happy with all 3 of those things then what the scale says shouldn’t matter.
