Congrats to Sara on her performance at the ladies-only CrossFit competition this weekend, and to Julie (aka TOJ) for yet another Houston Marathon finish with a time of 3:36! Always great to hear how our members are putting their efforts inside the gym to work OUTSIDE the gym!

We are going to be making another order for Atlas Power Wraps (this time in 2 colors: blue and red) since we have a lot of new members who have said they are interested in them. Please let us know if you are interested in a pair, they are $30, and one of the best pieces of equipment you can have in your gym bag! Click here to see the magic!

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (press) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – benchmark
Friday – strength (split jerk + hang clean)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
