We saw some great work on the thruster strength workout. A number of folks are improving their form and their weights, which is great to see. Keep track of those #s, folks! Want to make sure we’re progressing and pushing ourselves with our loads.
Weather:
We are going to cancel tomorrow’s 5:15am and 6:15am classes to make sure no one is trying to brave the Polar Vortex for a WOD. We are planning on being back up and running for the 3:30pm.
