Benchmark:
Sandy
12 bear complexes (95/65)
then
10 rope climbs
29 body blasters
20 handstand push-ups
then
12 snatches (95/65)

The bear complexes and the snatches have to be done first and last, respectively, but the three (3) movements in the middle can be broken up however you would like.
