Announcements:
At least once a month we have been working in a core component to our skill sessions. Almost every movement we perform in the gym relies on a strong core, but some of those moves can be difficult w/o having a strong core to begin with (a catch-22, I know). So, we are making sure to offer up time to focus on core-intensive movements like those you see above. If you are struggling keeping things tight in movements, then these are definitely the classes you want to attend.
That, and we’ll all be wearing bathing suits again soon, and it will be nice to have a flat tummy.
