Just a reminder (and minor change) for tomorrow: the strength workout will be available during the 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:30am and 3:30pm classes only. The Open WOD will only be available during the 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes on Friday and at 10:00am on Saturday. If you plan on doing The Open WOD, please pair up with another member and help out by judging each other’s workout. If you normally go to a night class on Friday, and don’t want to miss the strength workout, you are welcome to com to Open Gym tonight at 6:30pm and do the strength WOD early!
