Don’t be scared by pistols. They are your friend. Movements that allow you to target individual arms or legs are great to see if you have a stronger side, and if so, which one. There are plenty of modifications for pistols, so come on out and give them a shot.
Julie started a “Spring Goals” list on the white board by the bathroom. Nothing says, “Now I actually have to make this happen!” like writing it down in public. Think about something you have been working towards, add it to the list, and let’s see what we can accomplish in the next couple of months!
