work up to comfortable back squat weight

WOD:
5RNFT
max back squats (135/95)
max pull-ups

RNFT = rounds not for time. In this WOD your goal is to do as many back squats as you can without having to rack the bar, and do as many pull-ups as you can without having to come off the rig.

In honor of the convo that I was having tonight with Nick, one of our new members, I wanted to post this fantastic recipe for Cinnamon Banana Waffles. A staple in la casa di Vagnini (when we have time in the morning).
