Strength:
7min EMOM
1 power clean (185/125)
2 power cleans (175/115)
3 power cleans (155/105)
4 power cleans (135/95)
5 power cleans (115/85)
6 power cleans (105/75)
7 power cleans (95/65)

If you are not comfortable with doing the weights provided for the power cleans, then simply set up your bar so that you are able to take the same weight off each side at the end of each minute.

WOD:
12min EMOM
12 KB front rack lunges (53/35) (min 1,5,9) … total; 6 each leg
10cal row (min 2,6,10)
8 burpees over rower (min 3,7,11)
rest (min 4,8,12)

I would like to think that Americans are intelligent enough to see through this charade, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Much like continuing to read the ingredients list on any food packaging that is throwing buzz words like “all-natural” and “gluten free” on it, we need to understand that big companies have a stake in the game here, and even if their product is not doing what it says it is, they are going to make folks believe all is right in the world. Like when Coca-Cola puts on a 5k and preaches about the health of our future generations.
