WOD:
2RFT
400m run
20 alternating lunges (with 10#/25# plate at chest; 2-for-1)
25 pull-ups
20 overhead squats (with 10#/25# plate)

The Morristown Farmers Market is in full swing. Tomatoes, blueberries, cucumbers, zucchini, peaches, and melons are all in season now. The market also offers fresh seafood, organic, grass-fed meats, fresh cheeses (Try the fresh, young Gouda. Not paleo, but so worth it) and all kinds of deliciousness. If you haven’t been over there yet, plan to check it out soon. The market is from 8:30 to 2:00 on Sundays in the parking lot behind the Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Spring and Morris.
