I still do not agree with the term “low carb” because all carbs are most certainly not created equal. The first question I get whenever I talk about the Paleo Diet with people is, “so you don’t eat carbs?” I can almost predict it. But recently more and more studies have been done and articles written about the benefits of avoiding carbs in your diet and focusing more on healthy fats.
